Cool Projects: May 2010

This month's Quick News & Cool Projects showcases a gorgeous project we completed recently for Agate Resources, and their subsidiary, Trillium Community Health Plan, focusing on their health plan for children, Trillium Sprout. The goal was to create a wide array of imagery that would be used to
  • beautify the interior of their newly remodeled office building
  • engage and ennoble their employees
  • spotlight the human element of the work they do every day
  • bring the company together across the various divisions
  • enrich their website and brochures later on
The project began with a multi-location 4-day photo shoot using the Agate employees and their families as the subjects. Those images were then used to create over 75 canvas prints that were stretched and hung throughout Agate's newly remodeled facility in Eugene's Riverfront Research Park.
These canvas prints transformed a generic office space into a beautiful museum-like atmosphere that touches employees and visitors every day, and has imbued employees with a renewed sense of how valued they are by their employer. We hope you'll enjoy these photos of the finished graphics and some of the many beautiful photos that went into the project.

Over a wide variety of locations and activities, Steve Smith and the Imagine Photographics team were able to bring out the best in these families. Steve's dynamic and engaging style is renowned for helping people of all ages relax in front of the camera and feel comfortable getting their photo taken. And as you can see from these shots that he also has a great eye for interesting angles and composition. Whether it's a corporate portrait or lifestyle portraits like these, Steve makes it easy (and fun) to get the images you need.
There were so many beautiful shots of this Agate project that I wanted to share, that I decided to leave out our third division, Imagine Fleet Graphics, from this issue of Quick News & Cool Projects. Next time, we'll focus on vehicles and show you some of the amazing truck and car wraps that Imagine Fleet Graphics is creating for clients who are ready to drive their sales with 24/7 visibility.
